This product features a five-layer sandwich structure consisting of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic)+ Polyurethane Insulation Layer+ FRP + Aerogel Insulation Coating + Rubber and Plastic Sponge Board, delivering outstanding thermal insulation performance. It is ideal for applications such as refrigerated transport and pharmaceutical logistics, where temperature control is critical.
1. Gelcoat Surface Layer
Made with food-grade gelcoat, this layer is safe for use in food and pharmaceutical transportation. It offers excellent corrosion resistance and aging durability, ensuring long-term reliability and safety.
2. FRP Structural Layer
Constructed from fiberglass, glass microspheres, and calcium carbonate, this material offers strength and insulation. Glass microspheres enhance thermal performance, improving cold retention, while the mix ensures strength and rigidity.
3. Polyurethane Insulation Layer
The core insulation layer is made of 2-inch thick polyurethane integrally formed with fiberglass using one-step molding technology. This results in stronger adhesion between layers and superior sealing, significantly boosting thermal insulation efficiency.
4. Aerogel Insulation Coating
A 0.08-inch thick aerogel coating is applied over the polyurethane layer, adding an extra layer of insulation. As one of the lowest thermal conductivity solids available, aerogel significantly enhances cold retention performance.
5. Rubber and Plastic Sponge Layer
An additional 0.8-inch thick rubber and plastic sponge board is applied to the panel’s surface, further enhancing overall insulation. This effectively reduces heat transfer, making the vehicle well-suited for extreme temperature transport requirements.
